How long does my order take to ship?

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. During high volume times orders might take longer to ship.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes! We are currently shipping in the U.S.A. and Canada.

What is your return policy? 

Refund Policy:

At Evatāsha Beauty, we want you to feel confident in every product you receive. Because our products are personal care items and are made with natural ingredients, we have the following policy in place.

Returns & Refunds:
Due to hygiene and safety standards for personal care products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. Products that have been opened, used, or handled cannot be restocked or resold.

For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Store Credit:
In certain circumstances, we may offer store credit only. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the situation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Depending on the circumstance, we may offer store credit or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Final Sale Items:
Sale items and promotional purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
