Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We highly recommend purchasing shipping protection at checkout to help protect your order during transit.

If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must first contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request additional delivery information.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to select international locations. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
